- Directed the LatAm and Caribbean regions re-engineering programs, managing a team of Performance Engineers and business anlysts, geographically dispersed in the Region and HQ. These team delivered record savings and exported initiatives globally
- Championed the automation of financial operations and assisted in the smooth and timely launch of new products and services focusing on the customer, process, controls and supporting technologies.
- Founded SUSASH CONSULTING, a software services organization in 2009 in NJ and expanding its business model through collaboration and teamwork.
